A booking platform for a barbershop: customers book from the website or the Android app, and the business manages staff, schedules and bookings from a dashboard.

The challenge
Building a complete, real product, from the database to the phone, and keeping it in production on my own.
What I did
- FastAPI backend with SQLAlchemy and MySQL, JWT authentication and customer/admin roles.
- React 19 + TypeScript web app: bookings, admin dashboard and an FAQ chatbot.
- Native Android app (Java + Retrofit) on the same API.
- Deployed with Docker Compose, an HTTPS proxy and fail2ban on my own server.
Outcome
In production, and redeployed from scratch when the original server was lost.
